Online strength coaching: More muscle. Less fat. A body weight that fits.
I'm Sahra Akyol. Most of the people I coach want to feel well. Some compete. Both need more muscle and less fat, at a body weight that fits the life or the sport. I write that one phase at a time, from a full assessment.
You train, and the scale is the only thing that moves.
A cut takes the muscle with the fat, and the strength goes with it.
You feel fine in the gym and flat by mid-afternoon.
You compete, and body weight is part of the result.
You want the next ten years to be the strong ones.
If you see yourself here, the next step is the assessment.
The aim
Why the ratio matters.
01
Feel well
You do not have to get huge or peeled for this to matter. A better muscle-to-fat ratio lines up with insulin sensitivity, thyroid and sex hormones. Muscle is a protein reserve the immune system can draw on. More muscle stores more carbohydrate, so staying lean gets easier. Food can loosen and you can still do well.
02
Compete
Endurance rewards a lighter body that is still strong. You get more power per kilo, and the same work costs less fuel. A weight class rewards the most muscle you can carry at the limit. Muscle is about three-quarters water, so making weight is easier when that is what you cut.
Photos are a side effect. The phases are written to change the ratio.
What you get
What is in the coaching.
Strength work, intervals, food and recovery, written from the assessment.

What it means for you
Consultation
We start with your health, training and nutrition history, your lifestyle, your concerns and your goals.
Full assessment
Scale weight, then body fat, then what is left. A rise in that remainder is muscle. Biomechanics and strength come first, so the loading stays safe. Neurotransmitter assessments are included, and blood tests when they are needed. I want to know what moves too much, what does not move enough, and where you are weak.
Training, one phase at a time
Strength work builds muscle through load you can progress and recover from. Interval work sits beside it when the phase needs fat loss. You film the sets and check in at the end, and I write the next phase from what your body did.
Nutrition, supplementation and sleep
They are planned with the training. A better ratio is what lets food loosen later. Fat loss that costs you muscle is a bad trade, and so is strength that costs you a shoulder. See the supplements I use

Client results
From people I coach.
Clients from 15 to 70, in more than a dozen countries. Some compete in tennis, MMA, jiu-jitsu or powerlifting. Others want to feel well through the day, move without pain, and get stronger.
I am 46 years old, and I have been going to the gym since I was 15 … I can lift weights that I had never lifted before in my life, and nothing hurts, not even after training.
L. Vasquez
Before I started working with Sahra, I had injured my lower back due to improper training. … Thanks to Sahra’s correct coaching approach, I move with confidence as if I have never had an injury in the past, and I am stronger than ever.
Ş. Özyıldız · Actor
Since I had surgery on both of my shoulders, I was very hesitant to do weight training, and even changing my clothes could sometimes be torment. … Thanks to Sahra, I feel much better and much stronger than the day I started.

Transformations
What the phases change.
Before and after, from people I coach.
BeforeAfter
L. Vasquez
Forty-six, in the gym since fifteen. The bar carries loads that were never there, and the set does not leave a pain behind.
BeforeAfter
Ş. Özyıldız · Actor
The lower back came from training that did not fit. Movement is confident now, and the strength is higher than before the injury.
BeforeAfter
M. Algranati · Businessman
Both shoulders had been operated on. Changing clothes could hurt. The training is back, and the strength is past the first day.
BeforeAfter
E. Mendez · Marketing Specialist
Training was still a consideration. The phases brought energy through the day, better sleep, and a body that looks like the work.
The process
How a phase runs.
01
Consultation and assessment
Online. Health, training, food, sleep, and the tests. By the end I know your strength, your lean mass, what moves too much, what does not move enough, and where you are weak.
02
First phase
The first block is written from that assessment. Strength work builds the muscle. Interval work is in the block when the phase needs fat loss. You train it and film the sets.
03
Check-in
You send the videos and the check-in at the end of the block. I look at your strength, your lean mass, and how the conditioning landed. Nutrition and supplementation move with the training.
04
The next phase
I write it from what your body did in the last one. That is the whole method, repeated for six or twelve months.
Plans
Six months or twelve.
Six months is enough phases to move the ratio and see it hold. Twelve months is a season, or the decade you want to be strong in. You pay once, for the length you choose. Six months is $1,950. Twelve months is $3,000. Both lengths start with the consultation and the full assessment. I also coach in person from the Dominican Republic.
6 months
6-Month Coaching
$1,950
Paid once
Six-month commitment
Several full training phases, each one written from your last check-in. We correct what the assessment found first. Then we build strength and body composition on top of it.
The long game. A full year of periodized training with nutrition, supplementation and lifestyle work planned alongside it, until you can run most of it yourself. This is the plan for getting stronger at 50 than you were at 30.
You film your sets. I watch them and write the next phase from what I see. You need a phone and a place to prop it up. I walk you through that in the first week.
Can I lose fat and build muscle?
When the assessment says your training, food and recovery can support both, yes. When they cannot, we pick the one that moves you forward and protect the other. I will tell you which, from your numbers, before the first phase is written.
How do I choose six or twelve months?
Six months is enough phases to move the ratio and see it hold. Twelve months is a full year of the same method. Both lengths start with the consultation and the full assessment.
Why is the 90-day challenge only open until 1 January 2027?
Ninety days is a short way in, and I offer it only until 1 January 2027. After that, coaching starts at six months. Spots are limited either way, because every phase is written by hand.
What does it cost?
You pay once, for the length you choose. Six months is $1,950. Twelve months is $3,000. The 90-day challenge is $1,200, paid once. It stays open until 1 January 2027. After that, online coaching starts at six months. Spots are limited, because I write every phase myself.
